As President of ATSI, she helped grow the company from a six figure support contractor for the Department of Labor’s Office of Job Corps to a 30 million dollar Job Corps center operator with over 500 employees. As a part of this endeavor she coached not only external clients from various organizations, but also her own executive staff. Her OD and business expertise brings a unique advantage to her executive coaching skills.

Her current company, Alternate Perspectives, Inc., is the culmination of her business savvy and experience and a reflection of her personal motto: “Do well and do good.” She is an avid equestrian and enjoys time with her horses Rosa Isabella (Rosie) and Joker’s Wild (Joker) in Leesburg, Virginia.
